Pickleball Polish Cup 2025 – kicking off next week!

There are only a few days left until the great sporting event! On August 29-31, 2025, the Pickleball Polish Cup 2025 – an international tournament that will attract the best players from Poland and Europe to the capital – will be played at the Legia Tennis & Golf courts in Warsaw.

This will not be an ordinary sporting event – we are in for a real pickleball fest that combines the excitement of competition with the atmosphere of a sports picnic.

Record prize pool

Pickleball Polish Cup 2025 is a unique event also in terms of prizes. Winners of the OPEN category will reach for cash prizes worth nearly PLN 25,000, while participants in other categories will compete for attractive material prizes prepared by sponsors.

The total prize pool exceeds PLN 50,000, making this tournament the largest in the history of pickleball in Poland.

The strongest cast in the history of Polish pickleball

The OPEN category will bring together stars who are among the top of Polish and European pickleball.

Karolina Owczarek – the best player in Poland, Asian champion and triumpher of many prestigious tournaments in Europe.
Patryk Garwacki – champion of WPC Prague 2025 and WPC Hungarian Open 2024, representative of Poland at the European Championships, one of the strongest players in Europe.
Pawel Jankowiak – player with a DUPR rating of 5.0+, medalist at tournaments in Sweden, Belgium and the UK.
BálintBakó – number 1 in Hungary and TOP 10 in Europe, who won the historic Triple Crown at the Hungarian Open and consecutive medals in England, Croatia and Italy.

There has never been such a strong cast in Poland before – the competition promises to be extremely spectacular!

Attractions for the public

Pickleball Polish Cup 2025 is not only a sports competition. The organizers have prepared numerous attractions for the public:

• Grandstands with seating for more than 1,000 people,

• Singles and doubles matches at the highest level,

• A training zone where everyone will be able to try pickleball,

• The opportunity to test professional equipment,

• foodtrucks and a sports activity zone for families.

Admission for spectators is free!

Online broadcasts

For fans outside Warsaw, there will be live coverage of the most interesting matches on Saturday, August 30 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm , on www.tvpsport.pl and on the TVP SPORT app. On the other days, the games from the center court will be followed by the tournament media.

No – participation in the event as a spectator is free.

Can anyone try the game?
Yes, equipment and assistance from trainers will be made available in a special training area.

Yes, broadcast on Saturday, August 30 from 15:00-19:00 on tvpsport.pl and on the TVP SPORT app.

Will there be a food area on site?
Yes – foodtrucks with delicious food and drinks.

Will pickleball stay at Legia after the tournament?
Yes, permanent pickleball courts will remain at Legia Tennis & Golf after the event.
